    Mr. Naveen Kumar is a seasoned technopreneur with over 22 years of expertise in electronics product design, embedded systems training, international trade, and manpower consultancy. An MTech graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from YMCAUST, Faridabad, he founded EMTECH FOUNDATION in 2006 to bridge the gap between industry and academia, transforming it into one of India’s most trusted electronics skill development brands.

    Under his leadership, EMTECH trained thousands of students, many of whom won national and international competitions such as Elecrama, eYantra, and the Texas Instruments Design Contest.     Dr. Geetika Srivastava, Associate Professor at Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electronics. With 18+ years of academic and research experience, she specializes in machine learning, neural networks, biomedical signal processing, and System-on-Chip (SoC) design. She is a Regular Associate at ICTP, Italy, and has completed prestigious training programs across ICTP, IAEA, IIT Indore, and the University of Washington.

    Her research portfolio includes multiple funded projects, notably a ₹35.17 lakh ASEAN-India R&D grant for diabetic neuropathy classification and a ₹16.08 lakh quantum-dot cellular automata project. She has supervised 3 awarded Ph.D. theses and mentors 8 ongoing scholars in AI-driven biomedical applications.

    Dr. Srivastava has authored over 30 SCOPUS-indexed publications, contributed to five books, and holds a provisional patent on tumor metastasis detection.
