Mr. Naveen Kumar is a seasoned technopreneur with over 22 years of expertise in electronics product design, embedded systems training, international trade, and manpower consultancy. An MTech graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from YMCAUST, Faridabad, he founded EMTECH FOUNDATION in 2006 to bridge the gap between industry and academia, transforming it into one of India’s most trusted electronics skill development brands.
Under his leadership, EMTECH trained thousands of students, many of whom won national and international competitions such as Elecrama, eYantra, and the Texas Instruments Design Contest. He notably represented India in WorldSkills São Paulo 2015 and WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, the global “Skill Olympics,” and supported NSDC in aligning electronics training with WorldSkills standards.
Mr. Kumar is a certified trainer and assessor with affiliations to NIESBUD, IFC, Microchip Technology Inc., Robhatah Singapore, ESSCI, and NSDC. He has conducted workshops across premier institutions like IITs, NITs, NSIT, and Amity University, and mentored academic research for MTech and Ph.D. scholars.
Post-COVID, his focus shifted to R&D and electronics manufacturing, serving OEMs across medical, automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors. He is Director at Touch LCD Displays and Emtech Foundation International Ltd., Hong Kong, and a leading sales partner for Beijing DWIN Technology in India. His recent milestone includes a patent for a Vaccine Carrier System (2024) and securing international trade contracts worth over $10 million with Russian clients.
An active IET member, Mr. Kumar continues to drive innovation, skill development, and global collaboration in electronics.
